Description
Vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 play crucial roles in calcium balance. Calcium, the main mineral found in bones and teeth, is one of the most important essential minerals. For example, calcium enters the heart muscle cells during each heartbeat and contributes to the electrical signal that coordinates the heart’s function.

BioPerine (the active ingredient in black pepper) is known for its ability to increase nutrient absorption in the body. Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass, while preventing arterial calcification. Without these cofactors, calcium may be deposited in the soft tissue of vessels, contributing to arterial plaques. Misplaced calcium is now recognized as a contributor to heart attacks, especially in women who are taking calcium supplements.
Vitamin K activates proteins that play a role in blood clotting, calcium metabolism and heart health. Vitamin D facilitates absorption of calcium and phosphate, which are needed for bone growth. Without sufficient vitamin D, bones become brittle and break more easily. Beyond contributing to calcium balance, vitamin D supports innate immunity. Without sufficient vitamin D levels, neutrophils, a primary part of immunity against infection and viruses, are less effective.
A growing body of evidence suggests a synergistic effect of vitamin K combined with vitamin D. Recent studies have shown the combination of Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D3 to have exceptional benefits supporting the prevention of bone loss and demineralization.. Vitamins K2 and D3 are instrumental at preventing calcification of vessels and ensuring excess calcium is properly deposited in our bones.*
As more is discovered about the powerful combination of vitamins D and K, it gives a renewed reason to eat a healthy diet including a variety of foods such as vegetables and fermented dairy for bone and cardiovascular health.
Calcium
Calcium is one of the most important essential minerals. For example, Calcium enter the heart muscle cells during each heartbeat and contribute to the electrical signal that coordinates the heart’s function. Vitamin K2 and D3 play crucial roles in calcium balance.* Without these cofactors, calcium may be deposited in the soft tissue of vessels contributing to arterial plaques. Dietary supplement used to promote bones, muscles, and heart functions. Bones in the body do not producer calcium, but it can be taken through foods and vitamins. Calcium in the bloodstream is used to send nerve signals, release hormones like insulin and regulate how muscles and blood vessels contract and dilate.
Vitamin D3
A pro vitamin that stimulates calcium and phosphate absorption from the small intestine and promotes secretion of calcium from bone to blood. This helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus, This is important for building bones and preventing bone disease. It can also support immune, brain, and nervous system health.
Vitamin K2
Vitamin K2 activates proteins that play a role in blood clotting, calcium metabolism and heart health. This is important for the calcification of bones and prevents the calcification of blood vessels and kidneys because it regulates calcium deposition. Vitamin K is believed to prevent calcium build up around the arteries, which can be a preventative measure from heart disease. Benefits also include regulating insulin levels and supporting diabetes management.
BioPerine
Patented extract from black pepper to obtain the amide alkaloid Piperine. This increases nutrient absorption of nutrients such as Calcium and and Vitamin C. BioPerine can also act as an anti- inflammatory. One way BioPerine increases nutrient absorption is by increasing your metabolism by improving thermogenesis. This process essentially breaks down your fat cells and increases your internal temperature. A study in 2010 indicates that by slowing the reaction time of lymphocytes, BioPerine may reduce inflammation and weaken certain immune system responses. It can also aid in weight loss, and increase dopamine, serotonin, and memory.

I’m taking this for general health purposes but I also think my joints started to feel better after 2 months. I also take turmeric from another brand and glucosamine 2000 separately so it’s hard to track the effects. Anyway I like the result and would love to try some sort of this blend I take from good medicine choice. I recommend.
